The Law offices of Mgr. Vladimír Karásek and JUDr. Michaela Lapuníková provide complex legal services to clients in all areas of law. We provide legal service to clients not only in Považská Bystrica, Trenčín and Žilina, but also within the whole Region of Trenčín and Žilina and the whole of the Slovak Republic. In case of need, also abroad.

Mgr. Vladimír Karásek and JUDr. Michaela Lapuníková provide advocacy individually. Legal services provided are focused on areas of common life including legal counselling for businesses – for companies and entrepreneurs. Advocates are able to provide legal assistance to clients in every legal case, from real estate transfers, the establishment and changes of companies, to the preparing of drafts of contractual documentation, legal analysis and opinions to clients´ legal questions, in solving family matters such as divorce, alimony, the settlement of joint property of spouses, representation of clients´ interests in front of the courts and other authorities including the representation of clients´ interests in criminal cases. We provide legal service on high professional rank using latest technical facilities as qualified electronic signature which saves big part of clients´ expenses in submitting proposals to the Commercial Register and Trade Register. We fully use our wide legal knowledge and rich experience of several years practice in solving our clients' legal cases. We provide our clients with a high-quality legal services in English and we are also able to prepare legal documentation in English (for example contractual documentation).
